We start where you are. Perhaps you have an idea, a need or a challenge, but not a finished solution. We help you structure and understand the starting point.

Mapping and Needs Assessment
We go through the project basis, stakeholders, finances, progress, contracts and risk items.

Developing and Assessing Solutions
We look at alternative concepts and solutions, assess technical matters, costs, cost/benefit, risk and feasibility.

Decision Support and Choice of Direction
You get a clear basis for choosing a direction, whether for management, the board, the bank or owners.

Planning and Organisation
We lay the groundwork for project delivery with agreements, suppliers, roles and plans.

Project Delivery
Where needed, we follow the project through with project management, finances, progress, supplier follow-up and reporting.

Completion and Evaluation
We contribute as needed with remaining items, documentation, final status, handover and lessons learned.
A Clear and Defined Role
Neste Prosjekt AS contributes project development, project support, coordination, structure and follow-up. We do not normally take on the role of responsible applicant, responsible designer, executing contractor, legal adviser or technical controller with formal control responsibility. Nor do we guarantee price, quality or progress.
