Project manager with broad experience from major technical projects, combined with an adult agronomy qualification and hands-on experience running his own farm. Works with project development, the early phase, needs assessment, technical and financial assessments, supplier dialogue, coordination and project delivery.

- Project management experience from major technical projects in shipbuilding, contracting and consultancy
- Experience with project development and the early phase, including direct customer dialogue, needs assessment and evaluation of various technical solutions
- Coordination between customer, suppliers and design/engineering
- Cost estimation, financial assessments and cost/benefit analyses
- Project manager for a design-and-build contract on a new hospital building of around 15,000 m²
- Practical experience running his own farm, with an understanding of agricultural buildings and the farmer's everyday reality
- Own agricultural buildings: acted as client representative for the construction of a new pig barn on his own farm. When extending the suckler cow barn, he handled most of the design work himself and carried out around 80 per cent of the construction work, including installation of fittings and mechanical equipment.
